Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when payment is authorized and a confirmation email is sent. Quoted fares are final unless the trip materially changes (route, duration, vehicle).

Cancellations

Reservations cancelled at least twenty-four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations inside twenty-four hours are charged the quoted reservation amount.

Conduct

All passengers are expected to comply with applicable laws regarding intoxication, controlled substances, and behavior. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or illegal conduct. No refund applies in such cases.

Damages

Customers are responsible for damage caused to vehicles by their party during the reservation. A documented cleaning fee will apply for excessive soiling.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays caused by acts of God, weather, traffic, or events outside our reasonable control. We will, however, do our utmost to deliver on the brief regardless.

Disputes

Any disputes are first addressed by good-faith conversation with the office. Failing resolution, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to customers with active reservations.
