What we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide service: your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled times, passenger count, and any special requests you provide at the time of reservation. Payment card details never touch our servers — Stripe processes them directly.

How we use it

To dispatch your reservation, confirm details, send pre-trip reminders, and operate the live-tracking link for your trip. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics inform service decisions (routes, capacity, vehicle mix). We do not sell customer data.

Live-tracking data

Your driver’s location is streamed during the active trip so that you can follow it on a map. This data is retained for up to twenty-four hours after trip completion and then deleted.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for session authentication. Optional analytics cookies are disabled until consent is provided.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, export it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to the office. Where applicable (GDPR, CCPA), we honor these requests within thirty days.
